Our manufacturing facility is equipped to produce a range of pharmaceutical dosage forms, including tablets, capsules, dry suspensions, cephalosporin products, ampoules, vials, and dry injectable formulations. Each production section follows controlled workflows, trained supervision, and defined procedures to maintain quality, hygiene, and consistency throughout production.
The Quality Control Department acts as a critical checkpoint in our production process. It is responsible for testing raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products through structured analytical procedures to ensure that every product meets defined quality standards before release.
Quality Assurance ensures that quality is built into every stage of manufacturing. From material approval and batch documentation to process monitoring and final review, QA works to maintain compliance with approved SOPs, cGMP requirements, and regulatory expectations.
